Taipei Computer Association (TCA), established in 1974, is the leading industrial organization in Taiwan. It's 4,000 members engages various fields such as software, hardware, semiconductors and components, manufacture, sales, network communication service, etc., thereby generating over 80% of the total production value of Taiwan's Information Communication Technology (ICT). 

TCA offices are located in Taipei, Taichung, and Kaohsiung as well as overseas offices in China, Japan, and India. TCA offers its members the following services: lobbying, e-learning, domestic/overseas exhibitions, industry related information, skill training etc. In pursuing growth of the ICT industry, TCA, in collaboration with member companies and government, addresses issues concerning minority groups and the reduction of the digital divide between urban and rural areas, realizing the vision for Taiwan to become an island where technologies are truly applied.

International Climate Development Institute (ICDI) is a non-profit organization which concerns the right of development under climate change impacts. By providing its professional knowledge and skills on climate governance, this think tank engages in planning and implementing of national climate policy with the PPP approach; supporting local communities and vulnerable groups on capacity building to achieve climate-resilient and sustainable lives.

ICLEI - Local Governments for Sustainability is the leading global network of more than 1,500 cities, towns and regions committed to building a sustainable future. By helping ICLEI Network become sustainable, ICLEI impact over 25% of the global urban population.
As the only ICLEI-recognized capacity center in East Asia, ICLEI KCC provides training, professional expertise and a variety of information exchanges to help cities in this region move towards sustainable development through action plans, regulations, policies, public environmental education, and international symposiums.
